When do you take payment?
Payment is taken immediately upon completion of the transaction. Pre-orders are also taken in full at the time of the order.
Can I pay with card?
In short, yes. We accept all major cards from around the world.
Can I pay you over the phone?
We currently do not accept payments over the phone, if you having trouble with your payment and need help please visit the contact us page.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash except in person.
How safe is your website?
We take security seriously but you can never be too sure, for that reason we process payments through dedicated payment portals. This means that any attempts to intercept information through our site are impossible. We do not allow the storing of any payment information.
When you opt to make a payment you will be taken to the chosen payment portal of your chosen method. Once payment is completed you will be returned to our website for confirmation.
Are there any fees?
We don’t pass on the fees for a chosen payment method. The only exception is for cross-border payments where there may be a conversion charge. This should be made clear to you during the payment process if applicable.
